1. Service Delivery Policy

At MarketSync – FZCO, all our services are digital in nature. Upon successful payment, your hosting services, domain registrations, and related digital products are provisioned as follows:

• Shared/Cloud Hosting: Account credentials and setup details are delivered to your registered email within 1–4 hours of payment confirmation.

• VPS & Dedicated Servers: Setup is completed and credentials shared within 12–24 hours, depending on the configuration.

• Domain Registration: Domains are registered immediately upon successful payment and availability confirmation.

• Custom Services & Add-ons: Delivery timeframes vary and will be communicated in the project scope or order confirmation email.

Please ensure your account details and email address are accurate to avoid delays.

2. Delivery Confirmation

A confirmation email will be sent upon successful service activation. If you do not receive this within the specified timeframe, please contact our support team at support@marketsyn.com.

Refund Policy

We strive to provide services that meet your expectations. However, if you are not satisfied, we offer a transparent refund policy outlined below:

1. Hosting Services

• Shared, Cloud & VPS Hosting Plans:

  • Eligible for a full refund within 7 days of purchase, provided no abuse, excessive usage, or policy violation occurred.

  • No refunds will be issued beyond the 7-day window.

2. Domain Registration & SSL Certificates

• Non-Refundable. Due to the nature of domain and certificate registration, once processed, these purchases are non-refundable.

3. Dedicated Servers

• Non-Refundable unless provisioning fails due to a fault on our side.

4. Custom Services & Add-ons

• Eligible for partial refunds based on work completed, only if cancellation is requested before full delivery. Final decision rests with our technical and billing team.

5. How to Request a Refund

To request a refund, please contact our support team at support@marketsyn.com with your order ID and reason for the request. Refunds, if approved, will be processed back to the original payment method within 7–14 business days.

6. Policy Amendments

We reserve the right to modify this policy at any time. Changes will be posted on our website, and it is your responsibility to review them periodically.
